The things people ask first.
- Do I need my own AI subscription?
- No. The built-in agent drafts and edits decks on your credits, with no other subscription involved. If you already pay for Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT, or Codex, connect it through one secret MCP link and build without touching credits at all: your agent does the generating, so we do not meter it.
- How do credits work?
- Credits meter the built-in agent only. One credit is one cent of model spend at list rates, a full draft usually runs 150 to 250 credits, and the meter shows live while it builds, so a deck never costs a surprise. Every account starts with 1,000. When they run out, connect your own MCP client and keep building free, or upgrade for a monthly allowance.
- What counts as a brand kit?
- One brand: the colors, fonts, logo, and tone Dango reads off a website in a single pass. One company usually needs one. Agencies, fractional folks, and anyone pitching under two names want more, which is what the higher tiers are for.
- What happens to my decks if I stop paying?
- They stay yours. You keep opening, presenting, and exporting them. The Free limits come back for new work, and the Dango badge returns to your shared decks.
- Can I add seats later?
- Yes. Add or remove seats on Team whenever the team changes, and the bill follows along.
- Do you do annual invoicing and security review?
- On Enterprise, yes: SSO, SCIM, an audit log, a custom SLA, and a real invoice. Talk to us and we will size it.
