Things that are faster than waiting for us
- Setting Dango up in your agent. The docs have the exact command for Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT, and Codex, plus every tool the MCP server exposes.
- Your agent cannot see Dango. The MCP URL contains your token, so a rotated token means the old URL stops working. Copy the current one from the app and add the connector again.
- A deck looks wrong in your brand. Re-run the brand scan from the app: it reads your site again, and a kit built before your last redesign is the usual reason.

To get a copy of your data, correct it, or have your workspace deleted, ask us here and we will do it. Our privacy policy says what we hold and how long we keep it.

Found something that looks like a vulnerability? Send it to [email protected] with enough detail to reproduce it. We will confirm we got it, and we will not come after anyone for reporting a problem in good faith.
