Terms of service

By creating a Dango workspace or connecting an agent to one, you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you are confirming you may bind it. Our privacy policy is part of this agreement.

You sign in with an email address and a one-time code. Keep access to that mailbox, and keep your MCP URL secret: it contains a token that grants any agent holding it full access to your workspace. You can rotate it in the app at any time, which revokes the old one immediately. Anything done with your credentials is treated as done by you.

You need to be 16 or older to use Dango.

You own your decks, your uploads, your data, and your brand kits. Nothing here transfers ownership of any of it.

You grant us only the permission we need to run the product for you: to store your content, render it, process it to produce the deck you asked for, and show it to the people you share it with. That permission ends when you delete the content or close your workspace. We do not use your decks to train models, and we do not publish, sell, or license your content to anyone.

Do not use Dango to:

• break the law, or help someone else do it;
• upload content you do not have the rights to, including someone else’s brand assets used to pass a deck off as theirs;
• impersonate a person or an organization, or build material designed to deceive the people who receive it;
• upload malware, attack the service, work around rate limits or access controls, or probe other workspaces;
• resell Dango or scrape it to build a competing product.

Dango fetches URLs you or your agent give it, for images and brand scans. Point it at addresses you are allowed to fetch; it refuses private and internal ones by design.

Dango is driven by an AI agent you connect. Anything that agent does through your token counts as your action, including decks it creates and content it uploads. Models make mistakes, so check a deck before you send it: the numbers on a slide are your responsibility, not the model’s.

Your use of Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, or any other client is governed by that provider’s terms, not ours.

Dango has a free plan and paid plans. Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe on the cycle you choose, and they renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel any time and you keep the paid features until the end of the period you already paid for.

We do not do partial-period refunds as a rule, but if Dango failed you, write to [email protected] and we will sort it out. If we change prices, existing subscribers get notice by email before the change hits their renewal. Taxes are added where they apply.

We work to keep Dango up, but it is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. There is no uptime commitment on any current plan, and features can change: this is a young product and it is still moving. If we retire something you depend on, we will give you notice and a way to export your work.

To the maximum extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is capped at what you paid us in the twelve months before it arose. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, in which case they apply to you only as far as they legally can.

Close your workspace whenever you like by writing to [email protected]. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or that puts the service or other users at risk, and we will tell you why unless the law prevents it. Export your decks before you go: after deletion we cannot get them back.

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will email the address on your account before it takes effect, and continuing to use Dango after that is your acceptance. The date at the top tells you which version you are reading.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and disputes belong to the state and federal courts sitting in Delaware. If any part of this is unenforceable, the rest still stands. This is the entire agreement between us about Dango.
